A New Road For Craftie Angel

I had forgotten this post because I have not coloured for such a long time. My circumstances have changed as well as my location and living conditions. This of course put me out of action for a long time. But I am back with a whole new world of Art from Craftie Angel.

Fluid Art is my preferred creations these days. I use Acrylic Paints on Canvas and other hard services. I also use resin on some objects of creation such as clocks. These clocks are made from old Vinyl Records. I prefer to use the old 78's as they are stronger than the newer vinyl.

I have joined the local Art Gallery and have displayed some work in there but my aim is to display in cafes and motels, which there are plenty of in this town.

Here is a show of my work so far. I just love working on these painting and aim to produce 3 per week. I have had a great response in sales for my work.

I have been waiting to show off some really beautiful art work that I have produced after Kit and Clowder Coloring Technique Classes. I have never regretted the time I spent on the classes and the price of the classes are so ridiculously low that anyone can take them.

This week I got to play with Mepxy Markers to join in with the colouring challenge! These images were coloured with just 3 sets of Mepyx Markers. There are 3 markers in each blending set. I also used one random colours to aid with depth and skin tone. Update time - Kit and Clowder Create and Learn.

It is so long since I updated this blog that I have lost track of posts. I know that I have not given you any news of Kit and Clowder, Create and Learn monthly classes. Here are some updates of images that have been covered in the monthly classes. So much to learn.

These photo's are taken from the August Create and Learn Class. As you can see we learned so much from this class, ice walls, snow, brickwork. The Ice picture is from the Markers class, I use Copics, the Brick wall in from the Pencils Class, I used Polychromo Pencils.

These next two images are from October Create and Learn. Just in time for Halloween. Here we learned the glow for the latern, wooden posts, misty moonlight and the golden fence and gate. The Graveyard scene is coloured with Polychromo Pencils and the Witch with Lantern was coloured with Copics.

Farewell Sweet Pea Stamps

I have had some fun lately, trying out all the lovely coloring techniques I have learned. There was nothing better that the Sweet Pea images to work with. Here is an example of the beautiful images over at Sweet Pea.
